The patient presented with moderate HA post-MVA. Denied loss of consciousness. Normal ER CT of the head. The initial concussion questionnaire at our office was positive. Secondary objective testing revealed convergence insufficiency. Additional Neurodiagnostic testing was ordered.

The patient presented with severe HA, dizziness, and fogginess. Normal ER CT. The initial concussion questionnaire was positive at our office. Objective neurodiagnostic testing was performed at our office. Our neurologist concluded from our testing that the impaired cognitive function was due to a TBI.
